Delta Hotels by Marriott is a fast-growing hotel chain that recently opened its first location in Texas, the Delta Hotels Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center. This new Delta property stands out from the rest of the portfolio because it features an attached conference center, extensive meeting facilities and celebrity chef-driven food and beverage—amenities that aren’t accounted for within the overall Delta brand.

We created a sub-brand for the Delta Dallas Allen that honors the overall Delta brand while also providing distinctive elements that help express the property’s special amenities. The sub-brand includes positioning for various target audiences as well as a unique approach to imagery and icons that offers a slight twist from the parent brand.
