When it comes to branding, HMA’s sweet spot is in the hospitality space. However, when our flagship hospitality client asked us to help them brand their employee benefits program, we were intrigued by the challenge. Could we create a brand that simplified the enrollment experience and inspired employees to take full advantage of their robust benefits?
We created a name for the program, Wello, that was at once accessible and friendly. A bright color palette grounded in our client’s flagship purple provided a quick visual guide to four areas of wellness (physical, mental, financial and community), helping employees easily locate the information they were most interested in. And the Wello’s helpful, unintimidating voice and engaging visuals put employees at ease.
